The W.

The W Sports Bar, located in Gordon Square, is a women’s sports bar offering an elevated food menu, specialty cocktails, local and domestic beers, gluten-free options, and zero-proof drinks. Weekend brunch is served from 11 AM to 3 PM. We’re family-friendly every day until 9 PM, with a Little League menu available for kids.

Our space covers all bases. We have a bar side with bar tops and bar tables and a community room best suited for watch parties, trivia, karaoke and more. Not to mention our fully shaded patio perfect for those Cleveland summers or late nights with the projector!

Can I host a private event at The W?

Yep! Anything from team gatherings, office parties, meetups, fundraisers, watch parties, birthdays, to full-bar takeovers. We host groups of all sizes, small, medium, and full buy-outs.

Great, what spaces are available?

We offer:

  • The Community Room – a private space that seats groups comfortably, available with and without the tables.
  • The Main Bar Area – available for full buyouts or partial reservations depending on the day/time.
  • Whole-Bar Buy-Outs – for large groups who want the entire space to themselves.
Do you require a deposit for events?

Yes. We require a deposit for all events to secure your date and staffing.
How does food & drinks work for events?

You have a few options.

1. Limited Menu
We can build a custom limited menu based on our menu (fan favorites, shareables, vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free options) or run ordering straight from our regular menu.

2. Guests order individually
You can run one tab, split tabs, or let guests order on their own—whatever works for your group.

What about dietary needs?
Yes. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options are available for all events.
Is there a special gratuity for events?

Yes. All events include a 22% gratuity for our staff.
What is your event cancellation policy?

Cancellations within a certain window may forfeit the deposit. The exact policy depends on the event type and date.
